I'd have to say the silent time. I think that's something that I don't do enough, and I think every one could really use more of it. I put the most effort into listening over the entire weekend, and I think having some silent time and some guided meditations during that silent time were the most powerful and beneficial experiences for me during Fall Retreat.
Night prayer and small groups. It's always so powerful to hear about others' walks with God and daily struggles. I felt a very strong sense of community through the night prayer and small groups last weekend.
